Creative Coping: Addressing Stress and Anxiety Through Altered Book Art Journaling

Participants in this group will be invited to create an altered book art journal as a way to creatively cope with anxiety and stress. We will practice mindfulness in tangible ways to address not only everyday anxiety and stress but also clinical anxiety and ongoing stressors.

No previous art experience is needed!

Our focus is on the process and self-expression rather than the end product.

Call Taryn at (608) 709-9562 or email her to reserve your spot.
